Welcome John McGillivray started as a trainee Funeral Director in January 1984 with the oldest established Funeral Company in Edinburgh, following in the footsteps of his father Robert (Bob) McGillivray who worked for over 33 years as a Funeral Director in Leith.
With 27 years experience as a funeral director John now feels that the time is right to start his own independent Family Funeral Company away from the large English conglomerates who dominate the Leith and Edinburgh Funeral Companies.
As an independent Family Funeral Director John is more able to give a higher level of personal service and care to the families he looks after.
